And if we can’t do the job, or shouldn’t, in your best interests, we will be honest and tell you so, but we will also refer you to someone else who has more training than us to tackle your specific problem. We Will Provide Several Financial Options
We will provide several financial options to make your dentistry affordable. We have payment plans, special credit lines like CareCredit, some with no interest for one year; some you can extend your payments up to five years. We have in-house plans for those who can show true financial hardship, who would otherwise let their teeth rot out. We don’t want you to feel you can’t get the care you need because of money. We will try our utmost to make it possible for you.
There Will Be No Surprises
We will provide you with our treatment recommendations in writing, along with all of your options. You will know how much your care will cost, how much your insurance (if any) will cover and an estimate of what your share will be. We will explain to you the type of insurance you have, how your insurance works for you, what it covers (benefits) and what it won’t cover (limitations and exclusions). We will help you to understand very clearly the mumbo jumbo of insurance language so there will be no misunderstandings or unexpected surprises.

We not only review your dental history, but your medical history as well. We make sure that whatever we do in our dentistry, it will not affect your health in an adverse way. We ensure that the dentistry will be safe for you, from drug or medication cross reactions to allergies to latex or drugs.

Immediate Emergency Service
If you have a dental emergency or pain, you will be seen on a “same day” basis. We will, first and foremost, get you out of pain and stabilize you. Sometimes we can finish the job. Other times, when we can’t, we will book you a return visit to finish it.
